Entrance to Expertise
Entrance to Expertise addresses international students who meet general academic entry requirements by the completion of secondary education, but who are not entitled to study at a German university without a qualifying entrance examination.
In this pilot project, foreign applicants can get direct admission to the University of Duisburg-Essen after successfully completing TestAS and the university’s specific entrance exam, which however can be taken in the applicant’s home country. Particularly well-qualified applicants can apply immediately after graduating in the second school.
